I just got done crying because I decided to not buy a home. I qualified for 250k, have good credit (720) and even had a down payment, (although it is only 4%). But the numbers would not work out and I would be house poor. I read Chonce’s blog post in Young Adult Money and followed her link. I am so happy. I feel like I will have a friend along the way who will not think I am a big loser. Thank you for being a shiny beacon at the end of my crying jag.
